These Terms of Service govern your use of reecehealth.com and the services of Reece Health, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 to submit a request here.
Reece Health is an independent, licensed health insurance advisory. We are not a government agency, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the federal Health Insurance Marketplace, healthcare.gov, any state exchange, Medicare, or Medicaid. We are not an insurance carrier: we do not issue policies, pay claims, or decide coverage.
We help individuals, families, and business owners find and enroll in health coverage. That includes:
We do not represent every carrier or every plan sold in your area. What we present comes from carriers we are appointed with and licensed to sell in your state.
You pay us nothing. When you enroll through us, the carrier pays us a commission. This does not raise your premium — carrier rates are filed with and approved by state regulators and are identical whether you enroll through a broker or go direct. Commission amounts vary by carrier and product.
Submitting the form on this site requests a conversation with a licensed advisor. It is not an application for insurance and it does not bind coverage.
Any numbers an advisor discusses before an application is filed are estimates based on what you tell us. They are not binding. Final pricing, eligibility, and policy terms are set solely by the carrier, usually after a medical underwriting review. Coverage exists only once a carrier issues a policy and the premium is paid.
The policy documents the carrier issues govern your coverage. Where anything an advisor says, or anything on this site, conflicts with those documents, the carrier documents control.
Submitting the form on this site consents to contact from Reece Health and its licensed advisors at the phone number and email you provide, including by automated dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text. This consent is not a condition of purchase and you may withdraw it at any time. Details, including how to opt out, are in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to give accurate, complete, and truthful information on our forms and to our advisors. False or misleading information during quoting or enrollment can lead a carrier to deny coverage or rescind a policy.
Nothing here is medical, legal, or tax advice. We are an insurance brokerage, not a healthcare provider, law firm, or accounting firm. Health decisions belong with a qualified medical professional, and questions about deducting premiums belong with your own tax adviser.
This site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
The content, design, and branding on this site are owned by or licensed to Reece Health, LLC and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or make derivative works from them without our written permission.
This site links to and uses tools run by third parties, including our appointment booking system. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party sites and services, and a link is not an endorsement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Reece Health, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including loss of coverage, denied claims, or reliance on estimates. Our total liability on any claim will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in connection with that claim or one hundred dollars ($100).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for violations of state insurance law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reece Health, LLC, its advisors, and its employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing here stops you from filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services or the insurance regulator in your own state.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Reece Health regarding this website. They do not change the terms of any insurance policy you obtain, which the carrier sets.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms are posted here with a revised date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
